JCEO Community Update
This week, Renee from our JCEO office assisted 46 families through our Fresh Food Mondays program. Thank you, Renee, for your outstanding dedication and hard work, you truly make a difference. We also want to extend our gratitude to our weekly volunteers. We are incredibly thankful for all that you do!

If you’re looking to donate, Renee is currently in need of new or gently used clothing items for our Community Cares shelves.

Youth Commission Update
Baseball, softball, and T-ball registrations are well underway; we currently have 72 children registered! The deadline to register is April 14th. If you haven’t signed up yet, please do so here:

We are still in need of a program coordinator as well, please reach out to Jessie if you’re interested. ap@blackbrookny.gov or via text @ 518-524-9818.

Community Appreciation
We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the AMVET Redemption Center for their generosity in including the Town of Black Brook in their charitable highlights. They raised $90.50 toward our Community Labor Day celebration. Thank you, AMVETS!

Did you know our Town office is available for gatherings? We’ve hosted baby showers, birthday parties, and receptions. The space comfortably seats 40 people and includes tables, chairs, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and ample parking. There is no charge for residents, but a property use application and hold harmless agreement must be completed.
