November – March:
‍Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

April – October:
Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

The Highway Department is responsible for the 53.7 miles of Town Roads.  The Department has an agreement with Clinton County Highway Department to provide maintenance to 38 miles of County Highways for which the Town of Black Brook Highway Department is reimbursed under contract for plowing and sanding.

There are 6 staff members in this department. 

Although the Department has regular hours, it responds to weather and other emergencies.
